1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mplay8 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services we provide. This document takes effect as soon as you register an account, make a deposit, or use any part of the mplay8 platform.

By continuing to use the mplay8 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that the use of online betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction. mplay8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and notice of changes will be provided via the website or your registered email.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the mplay8 platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Aged 18 or above at the time of registration
• Not a citizen or resident of a country that restricts the use of online betting services
• Never had an account at mplay8 closed or banned due to a policy violation
• Registering in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any business entity or third party
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion or betting restriction program
• Hold only one (1) active account under the same full name and identification number

Mplay8 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify a player's eligibility. Accounts that do not meet the eligibility requirements may be suspended or closed without prior notice, and any balance in such accounts will be frozen until the investigation is completed.

3 Registration & KYC Verification

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. mplay8 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. The KYC process involves verifying your identity and residential address.

Documents required for the KYC process include a valid MyKad or passport, proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement within the last three months, and in certain cases, a bank statement to verify the payment method used. All submitted documents are processed securely using industry-grade data encryption and are not shared with third parties without your consent.

• Email verification must be completed within 24 hours of registration
• Full KYC is required before the first withdrawal exceeding RM500
• False information or forged documents will result in immediate account closure
• Mplay8 reserves the right to request KYC re-verification at any time for security purposes

4 Deposits & Payments

Mplay8 supports multiple deposit methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, direct bank transfer, and USDT. All deposits are credited to your account automatically upon confirmation by the payment gateway.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name
• Mplay8 does not accept deposits from credit cards or third-party loans
• Mplay8 will not charge for any failed deposit attempts
• Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your own responsibility
• Suspicious deposits may be held for security review without prior notice

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are processed by the mplay8 finance team within 15 to 30 minutes for FPX and DuitNow methods during normal operating hours. USDT withdrawals may take longer depending on blockchain network congestion at the time.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is approved
• Mplay8 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours will be processed the following day
• Mplay8 does not cover any fees charged by the receiving bank

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Mplay8 offers a variety of bonuses for new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special event promotions. Each bonus is subject to a rollover/wagering requirement as stated on the respective promotions page.

General terms applicable to all mplay8 bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses can only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms
• Bonus abuse, including hedge wagering to meet rollover requirements, is strictly prohibited
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met
• Winnings from free spins are subject to separate wagering requirements
• Mplay8 reserves the right to void any bonus if there are signs of abuse or fraud
• The bonus validity period will be stated in each promotional offer — expired bonuses cannot be reinstated

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mplay8 platform are subject to the individual game rules available in the help section of each product. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player unless there is a technical fault acknowledged by mplay8.

• Bets placed after an event has started (in pre-match betting) will be automatically voided
• In live betting, the odds displayed are final at the time the bet is confirmed
• Mplay8 reserves the right to decline or limit wagering from certain players without providing a reason
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error or unintentionally published odds will not be paid out
• The maximum betting limit for each market is stated within the betting interface

8 Inactive Account

A mplay8 account showing no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be classified as "inactive". Once classified as such, a monthly maintenance fee of RM 10 will be charged against the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

• An email notification will be sent to the account owner 30 days before inactive status is enforced
• Accounts can be reactivated at any time by simply logging in and contacting our support team
• Mplay8 is not liable for balance losses due to inactivity fees if a notice has been sent
• Accounts whose balance reaches zero due to inactivity fees may be automatically closed

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Mplay8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section within these Terms and Conditions
• Fraud, money laundering, or suspected illegal activity
• Use of unauthorised automation software or tools (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Intentional bonus abuse or deliberate exploitation of technical vulnerabilities
• Providing false information or documents during registration or KYC
• Account closure requested by the player for personal reasons

Players who voluntarily close their account may submit a request to reopen it by contacting the mplay8 support team. However, accounts closed due to policy violations will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

10 Data Security & Privacy

Mplay8 is committed to protecting the personal information of all its users. All data collected during registration and platform use is securely stored using 256-bit SSL encryption and transmitted via secure HTTPS protocols. Your payment information is not stored directly in our systems — it is handled by licensed, independently audited third-party payment gateways.

• Mplay8 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
• Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities if required by law
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Data deletion may be requested through the support team, subject to legal record-keeping obligations

11 Liability Limit

Mplay8 and its parent company, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or game outcomes
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing due to third-party disruptions
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform that contains technical errors

The maximum liability of mplay8 to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.
